Capital of the Binah prefecture, this authentic and friendly town is located on the road to the Benin border, about 40 km from Kara. A market is held here every Tuesday where you can find a little of everything. The griot of Pagouda is a colorful character with a national and international reputation. In traditional clothes, playing his one-string guitar, he will sing his joy of meeting you and welcome you to his home and to Togo. A typical show not to be missed. Leave about 2 000 F CFA per person for the performance. The city is also sometimes animated by traditional festivals.
