Badou is famous for its famous Aklowa waterfall, which is one of the main tourist attractions of the country. The region is particularly green and has very beautiful villages, such as Klabé or Ikavi Copé, with an architecture made of clay and straw. The city, located in the hollow of the valley, is the capital of Litimé. The region is mainly one of coffee and cocoa cultivation, extending from Akposso to Litimé and Akébou. Akposso is a region of wooded plateaus where industrial coffee and cocoa plantations alternate here and there. It is a real fruit "granary".
