Since September 2015, the French Institute has been relocated to the heart of the administrative district, opposite the French Consulate. The large media library is accompanied by a youth area and Internet access. Temporary exhibitions brighten up the garden where concerts and quality shows are regularly organized. There is a restaurant, the Antovi Cantine, which offers specialties from Togo and elsewhere revisited. The dishes are concocted with good local Togolese products for generous proposals, full of flavors.

The Goethe Institute is Germany's most important international cultural institution. Its mission is to promote the German language abroad and to encourage international cultural cooperation. The Goethe Institute has a beautiful public library with a selection of media (books, newspapers, films, music, etc.) in German or in translation. Here is a multipurpose cultural space that aims to promote the arts and culture of Togo and elsewhere. It offers a rich and varied program, ranging from concerts to theater shows, through fashion shows, exhibitions and film screenings. It also hosts festivals such as the International Rock and Slam Festival of Togo (First), the Togoville Jazz Festival or the ATEBA, the festival of Urban Cultures of Africa. You can also take music, theater and plastic arts courses.
