Built on stilts by an inventive Swiss architect, La Maison Bleue is undoubtedly the best-kept secret on the capital's waterfront. Facing the waves, it was built in such a way as to create natural ventilation, thanks to the curtains of removable blinds that make up the walls of the five rooms.
