Prien am Chiemsee is a German town on Lake Chiemsee. Among the town's tourist attractions is Chiemsee-shipping Ludwig Feßler KG, a shipping company offering boat trips on the lake. Another popular attraction is the Chiemsee-Bahn, a former steam tramway line linking Prien railway station with the port of Prien/Stock. Steam train journeys take place at weekends, while diesel train journeys take place on weekdays.
