The small village of Jangamo located 30 km south of Inhambane is mainly a drop-off point for its beach at the end of the trail. More isolated than Tofo's and its neighbours, it also has a lot of charm. However, for a long time there have been 4x4s and quads on display on the beach. Today, fortunately, the lodges seem to have reacted by simply enacting stricter regulations to protect the coast, and more broadly the environment, by prohibiting, or at least significantly reducing, these seaside distractions and the presence of vehicles on the beach that were clearly spoiling the natural landscape
