This festival, dedicated to jazz, will feature an anthology of artists from the Creole world, for a musical and human exchange around the programming. The specialized press has ranked the KJF among the world's top 25 festivals, no less. To date, it has welcomed such renowned artists as Richard Bona, Seu Jorge, Leyla McCalla, Stanley Jordan, Esperanza Spalding, Kenny Garrett, Manu Dibango, Chico César, Stanley Clarke, Lucky Peterson, to name but a few... Cape Verdeans' passion for music knows no bounds.
