On lunch break or with the family. Tio Frango guarantees you quality through pizzas over a wood fire, courtesy and speed, which is very good when you are hungry. Beautiful atmosphere with menu for children.
Certainly in a less central area, but it is worth the cost - and the effort - of coming by car or taxi to make the best pizza in Praia, but also to discover other Italian dishes and their homemade cocktails. Copious, clean and local.
