Hotel located on the beach of Laginha, offering comfortable rooms with air conditioning or fan, at a decent price
Located on the beach of the same name, the establishment is rather simple but superbly well placed. You will appreciate having breakfast while watching the waves, or a meal on the rooftop terrace. The team is French-speaking, smiling, and prepares local and foreign cuisine, to be tasted in all tranquillity. 12 basic but comfortable rooms with air conditioning or fan, mini bar and TV, are proposed for a very decent price. All that remains is to cross the road and dive into the big blue.

Idéalement situé à 50 mètres de la plage de Laginha et du bar restaurant Caravela, 6 minutes à pied de l’embarquement des ferrys pour Santo Antao. Les chambres sont confortables, le petit déjeuner est correct. L’activité de l’établissement ne semble pas débordante et je ne sais pas pourquoi !

Le "residencial" est super bien placé...juste en face de la plage ! À 2 minutes en "petit bus rose" du centre de Mindelo !!!! Nous allons au Cap Vert depuis 12 ans très régulièrement et malheureusement, l'île de Sào Vicente a voulu "s'ouvrir" aux touristes: aéroport international ( c'est beaucoup plus simple maintenant d'aller à Sào Vicente ! ) mais surtout cette si jolie petite plage a été "bétonné" ( "ils" ont raclé le fond du port, là où gisent TOUS les déchets des différents chantiers ciment, béton....!) Sinon le "residencial" est très très très agréable ( c'est là que nous allons à chaque fois !) la terrasse en haut est géniale ! Le personnel super et les patrons, Orlando et sa femme, sont des amours
Very warm welcome, the team is very available and listening to give an answer to any question and request advice. The residencial is ideally located a few metres from the beach and a few minutes from the port, served for departures/arrivals shuttle and Sao ant ão. We recommend the rooms with a sea view.
Nice and friendly Résidencial, (5 minutes from the city centre and opposite the beach). I particularly appreciated the small terrace to enjoy a punch house evening while listening to good music and watching star and the waves, and smiling staff!
