Une excellente agence de location.
Ils ne vous agressent pas à la sortie du ferry, il faut vous rendre chez eux. Après ils s’occupent bien de vous. Pas de limite de kilométrage, des voitures en très bon état (pour le Cap Vert) et un personnel bienveillant et efficace.
Prévoyez 300 escudo pour le nettoyage.
Et au cap vert le plein d’essence c’est à ras bord. Pas la première fois que la pompe s’arrête ;-)

Malgré une réservation faites plus de 3 mois à l'avance pour un 4x4 adapté aux routes de Santo Antao, et une confirmation par téléphone 48h à l'avance avec la garantie du loueur sur le véhicule souhaité, je n'ai pas eu d'autre choix que de prendre un vieux Dacia Duster dans un état plus que médiocre. La gentillesse ,ne fait pas tout (d'autant qu'au Cap Vert tout le monde est gentil), tenir ses engagements est important.

Great. Don't rent with Vale&Montanha Rental Car. Novalinha is way better: no limit in kilometers, just 200 EUR deposit independently where you go, while Vele&Montanha limits km to 150 per day and asks for 500 EUR deposit if you want to go to Tarrafal.
All above way nicer and friendlier customer service with Novalinha ????
