Patrice, the chef, knows French cuisine inside out and blends it harmoniously with local ingredients: this promises an extraordinary taste journey. As for the delights: charcoal grills, smoked fish (in a home-made smoker!), ceviches... Let yourself be seduced by gnocchi with sea urchins or the land-sea menu. Sans aucun doute, on ne soupçonne pas un tel endroit caché derriere une porte... pour les curieux et amoureux de la bonne bouffe avec en grand B dans le sens noble du terme!
