YOGA CABO VERDE

A must. Several types of yoga are taught: Hatha Yoga, Yoga for Surfing, Vinyasa, offered by Sheena, Paola and Karen. The studio is located on the first road parallel to the beach. From Santa Maria square, take the road in front of Ocean Cafe heading east. Walk 10 minutes and you'll see the studio on your right. It opens its doors 10 minutes before the start of the session, and we advise you to book in advance due to the high demand. The smiling Sheena can also be found in the Surf Zone, opposite the Morabeza Hotel.
