The Kunsthistorisches Museum Vienna is preparing an exceptional exhibition that will establish a visual link between Beethoven's time and our present day by showcasing paintings, sculptures, drawings, films, videos and performances. The artistic works will be brought into dialogue with the music and personality of Beethoven, a genius of his time, who continues to move many of us. The public will be able to see paintings by Caspar David Friedrich, sketchbooks by William Turner, drawings by Francisco de Goya and Jorinde Voigt and sculptures by Auguste Rodin and Rebecca Horn. The event is organized in collaboration with the archives of the Society of Friends of Music of Vienna. More information on the website of the Kunsthistorisches Museum
