Dynjandi is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Iceland, also called Fjallfoss, the "   fall of the mountain  ". High of 100   m, wide of 30   m at its top and 60   m at its base, it lets itself slip along rugged walls, sometimes in stairs, to finally sneak into a narrow gully. Five other cascades discharge the water from the river to the bottom of the Arnarfjörður and are visible.
