This charming little bar and restaurant with its atypical decor will bring you hot dishes, beers and snacks. The food is good and affordable. Located in the heart of the city, you can meet tourists and those who sleep in the backpackers of the same name. The atmosphere is friendly and far from the madness of traditional hostels, a perfect address for solo travelers. A large bay window allows you to enjoy the view on the main street.

Want to meet other travelers? Share some stories or ask for travel tips? Our bar and restaurant is the perfect place to meet both fellow travelers and locals.
What kind of food do we offer? Our menu is simple and tasty and we're not fancy or formal, so you won't get lost in the silverware!
Want to try some of the local beer? We have a selection of Icelandic beers. Be sure to try the Brennivin when you visit Iceland, a pure Icelandic shot that tastes like caraway seeds... for breakfast. During the week we serve a dish of the day, for example fish, lasagna or pasta, and on weekends we serve our delicious BRUNCH with fried egg, sausage, bacon, potato wedges and pancakes.
