Despite her young age, she has gained a lot of attention for her work. She is a member of the national team of chefs and has received many awards for her cooking. She was trained as an apprentice at The Fish Market. The strength of her cooking is working with Icelandic products and finding unexpected combinations.

Other than this, the venue, staff and everything else was spot on.
Our server, Marusa, was wonderful and made the night even better.
