43 km west of Dorra. The site is known for its rock engravings discovered quite recently on a collapsed block. It is found in the bed of the wadi Balho, not far from the village. They represent various animals, now disappeared, among which elephants, ostriches, oryx, kudus or giraffes easily recognizable, themes that suggest a very ancient origin: between the third millennium and 900 BC. The access by the lake Assal is impossible because it is forbidden to circulate on the salt floe by car, and in any case the track between the floe and the first village (at the level of the mount Garbi) is not practicable anymore.
