La Chaumière is a very popular place with Westerners for its pub-style bar, but people also come here for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is rather family. The restaurant offers French and Asian cuisine. The "wok" specialties, to be personalized according to one's taste, are very appreciated. The service, according to affluence, can be a little long. The terrace under the arcades, when it is not too hot, is one of the most pleasant of the place. Air-conditioned interior room. A historical and unavoidable address in Djibouti.

Un des meilleurs restaurants du centre-ville de DJIBOUTI.
LA CHAUMIERE est l'un des meilleurs restaurants du centre ville de DJIBOUTI (Cuisine Asiatique et européenne). Je recommande vivement en particulier leurs WOK que l'on compose à notre convenance. Situé sur la place du 27 juin (Ex-place Ménélik) cet établissement est idéalement situé pour pouvoir continuer sa soirée à pied, la vie nocturne de DJIBOUTI tournant principalement autour de cette place et dans les rue avoisinantes.
