LE KINTZ

The Kintz is a Djiboutian institution where expatriates and local notables come to taste the house specialty: the stuffed cabri prepared by the chef (to be ordered in advance). It also serves refined French cuisine in a neat setting. The restaurant has been completely renovated and the menu redesigned, which makes it a very pleasant place (the room is air-conditioned) to have lunch or dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. The Djiboutian owner is very attentive and the service impeccable. The prices remain relatively high, but justified.
