A stay at the Palazzo Caracciolo is like taking a journey through Neapolitan history, through the vicissitudes of the noble Caracciolo family, without sacrificing the comforts of a luxury hotel. The palace was built in the 16thcentury on the site of the castle given to the Caracciolo family by Robert d'Anjou for services rendered to the Crown. Architectural evidence of this period is still abundant, such as the large cloister with its wide pillars that houses the bar and restaurant. Impeccable, spacious rooms and impeccable service.

Très bel hôtel tout près du centre historique, une plongée dans le passé. Notre chambre était très confortable et la salle de bains très grande. Le petit déjeuner (superbe!) peut se prendre dans la cour intérieure pavée. Petites attentions dans la chambre le soir (météo du lendemain et bonbons) agréables. Par contre le personnel à le réception était poli, certes, mais pas toujours extraordinairement accueillant. Nous sommes arrivé en avance sur l'heure prévue du check-in, la personne qui nous a accueillis a pris nos valises, nous a donné un plan de la ville et nous a dit "allez vous promenez!". . .

Très bel hôtel historique en plein centre de Naples. Personnel accueillant disponible et efficace. Prix très démocratique pour le niveau de l'hôtel. Ancien palais complétement rénové avec beaucoup de charme. Parking payant assez cher (25 euros la nuit). Salle de musculation et Espace solarium Jacuzzi gratuits. Restaurants et bars de qualité avec du personnel de haut niveau (service, présentation, amabilité, efficacité). Chambre moderne, lits avec un niveau de confort très élevé, belles salles de bain. Niveau 5 étoiles
