Ciro Oliva is afourth generation pizza maker in the popular Sanità neighborhood. His grandmother, Concettina, used to treat the locals to the pizzas she sold in front of her house. Since then, the family business has grown and welcomes pizza lovers of all kinds. Quotata pizzeria nel rione sanità. Sabato sera, alle 19:30 non abbiamo avuto problemi, pur non avendo prenotato, ad accomodarci per cena. Ambiente interno moderno caratterizzato da vasi di basilico sui tavoli (che buon profumo), maschere di pulcinella alle pareti e altre decorazioni che ben si sposano con la napoletanità del luogo e si fanno apprezzare. Buone le pizze, una marinara e una Concettina. Splendida l’esperienza dell’origano sbriciolato al momento, dal cameriere, direttamente sulla pizza. Buonissima anche se molto pesante la pizza Concettina che offre 3 spicchi con differenti gusti.
Rapporto qualità prezzo buono per la qualità, prezzi un po’ “turistici”. 56€ per 2 pizze, 1 acqua e 2 limoncelli. Nel complesso buona esperienza e buona anche la pizza

Si buscas no ya la mejor pizza de napoles..si no una pizza buena...este no es el sitio. Entramos sin ver la clasificación.. pero vimos en la puerta dos recomendaciones de michelín año 2020 y 2021. Pues sería entonces cuando harían un buen trabajo..ahora desde luego NO. La masa de la pizza es una goma inmasticable. La salsa de tomate (según carta, tomates con DOP) insípida. Tanto la masa al horno como frita...estaban crudas y gomosas. Pedimos mesa dentro por que hacia frío y nos dijeron que no había sitio...pero había un salón vacío y los camareros parados y hablando entre ellos...y una cola en la puerta...incomprensible. y de barato no tiene nada 50 euros por dos pizzas inmasticables una cerveza y un agua. Muy desilusionados. Por la mañana estuvimos en una pizzeria de barrio en pompeya y le da mil vueltas. El maradona de la pizza...lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Leckeres Essen. Viele Servicemitarbeiter. Teilweise sah es aus wie "Reise nach Jerusalem" - Bestellung für einen Tisch und jeder Kellner hielt ein Schüsselchen. Hatte etwas von Slapstick ????????. Wir saßen im Hinterhof/Terrasse. War nett nur die Musik war einen Tick zu laut. 78€ für 1x Vorspeise, 2x Pizza, 2x Bier, 1x Dessert und 2x Kaffee. Unterm Strich waren wir zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.
