If you can't get enough of the beautiful squares surrounded by colorful baroque or Renaissance houses, run to Zlín, a city that seems to have sprung up between 1930 and 1970, as the architecture of that period is omnipresent. It is the work of Tomáš Bat'a, who created the famous shoe brand with the red sign here. The main city of the region, it is not extraordinary in itself, but a quick visit, preferably on weekdays to enjoy its dynamism, is very interesting. Buses, which are more convenient than trains that require changes, take 2 hours to travel from Brno and drop you off in the city center.
