The visit of the city would be almost summarized in making the turn of its pretty central place. This square is dominated by a group of baroque sculptures. To the south of the square stands the Church of St. Bartholomew, with the oldest organ in northern Bohemia dating from 1628. On the other side of the square stands a Renaissance castle surrounded by a pleasant garden. A quick walk through the center of the town reveals some beautiful and picturesque cuvelé houses. The most famous one (you will recognize it quickly) dates from 1669. Doksy is located south of Česká Lípa on the road to Mladá Boleslav. Connections by train (nice station) or by regional buses.
