This city has suffered a lot from its location in the heart of the mining basin. In 1975, its center was razed to make way for an open-cast coal mine. People come here mainly to visit the castle and the church, but they don't really linger here. While the town does have a few hotels and restaurants, it is little more than a stopover town and does not offer much in the way of attractions to fix its visitor population. An expressway connects it to Teplice, the E442 in less than 30 minutes. So if you want to stay in Teplice, you will have no problem visiting Most by day.
