Before going north, towards Terezín, Teplice, you can make a small detour along the river Ohře, from the Elbe (Labe) to Louny. There are some castles of interest, but also beautiful landscape landscapes.This region of the central Bohemia Massif (České středohoří) is classified as a protected landscape area. The chain of monts today is of volcanic origin and the characteristic forms of cone or nipple stem from the erosion of ancient volcanoes.
