Darbazi is another Georgian restaurant opened by the same family that owns Sakhli. The same excellence in Georgian cuisine perfectly interpreted in its most famous specialties including the famous khatchapuri to the sharpest (young kid cooked in milk,adzhika and salt from Svanetia) allowed it to be named best Georgian cuisine restaurant by the Gault & Millau guide 2017 and listed in Michelin in 2021. Excellent wine list. This classic setting is just perfect for a gourmet dinner!
