Moscow's newest culinary sensation has opened her gastronomic workshop on the ground floor of the Ritz-Carlton. In Italy, a sartoria is one of those typical tailor-made clothing workshops. When good taste is combined with a delicate, handcrafted personalization of the service. It is this know-how that inspired the restaurateur William Lamberti and his partner Alexeï Alekminsky. In this chic workshop of flavours, a dressmaker welcomes you to embroider a small unique piece as a gift. At the heart of the room is the open kitchen of chef Sergei Andreichenko, who concocts authentic Italian cuisine with a modern twist. You can see risottos with truffles, spaghetti with crab or salads with salmon and mango. The menu features fresh fish and produce, light sauces and cheerful salads, tartars and desserts that are as good as they are Instagrammable.
