This hotel is extremely well located, a stone's throw from the Ropewalks clubs, in front of Albert Dock and near the bus station. The 127 rooms and their bathrooms are bright, practical and offer wifi access. Reception open permanently and lounge/dining room in the entrance, with computers in free access. Bar-restaurant in the establishment. Staff sometimes speak French.

L'hôtel IBIS de Liverpool est bien situé, en plein centre, on peut y aller à pied depuis la gare ferroviaire, la petite promenade est fort agréable.
Les chambres sont claires, confortables, très tranquilles si elle donne sur la cour, celles sur la rue sont calmes car bien insonorisées.
La literie est bonne, la bouilloire et l'assortiment de thé et de café sont très appréciés.
Bon rapport qualité/prix.
