On the Passeig Marítim (but unfortunately, without the view of the sea), an excellent address to discover the cuisine of "Gipsy Chef", a nice and media-friendly chef known for his inventive and a little bit scoundrel! Revisiting the traditional paella, Gipsy Chef delivers several surprising and very tasty versions, in a 100% Mediterranean decor. Our favorite: the one garnished with black botifarra, diced apples and burrata! Equally original is the paella with black scallops and calamari, or the black rice with mussels and poached egg!

A safe bet in the port of Aiguadolç, to enjoy excellent Mediterranean cuisine by the water. Around its large tables with white tablecloths, many regulars and a few well-timed tourists come to enjoy fresh fish a la plancha, seafood,arrossos (rice-based dishes) and fideuá (noodle-based). On the menu, avoid the mayonnaise-laden salads and opt for a ration of mussels, octopus or chipirons, followed by the inevitable seafood paella "Laury", the house specialty.
