CHANT DES HABANERAS

It is one of the highlights of the Costa Brava and has been held every year since 1966. Against the backdrop of Port Bo beach, the great " cantada " starts at 10.30 pm, with the Caribbean songs that the sailors of the last century sang when they set sail. You will hear such must-haves as La Bella Lola, with the accompanying handkerchiefs and the crowd that serves as a chorus. Don't worry, the concerts continue afterwards in the taverns around Calella de Palafrugell (programme to be found on the website).
