Archaeological museum with a beautiful collection of remains found in the region from prehistoric times to the Middle Ages.
Considered one of the finest examples of Catalan Romanesque architecture, this former Benedictine monastery includes a church, cloister and gallery. The complex houses the Archaeological Museum of Catalonia. Founded in 1846, it is one of the oldest in Catalonia and has a fine collection of remains excavated in the area from prehistory to the Middle Ages, as well as Hebrew tombstones from the Jewish cemetery in Girona.

un musée gratuit avec plein de choses qui permet aux enfants de voir la vie dans les eres précédents. Quelques tablettes avec des explications animées sont très bien faits
