Estupenda ubicación, el aire acondicionado de la habitación un poco ruidoso. Lo mejor Grace y Laura, las chicas de recepción, muy atentas y solucionando cualquier necesidad.

Hotel tres bien placée à gerone, parfait pour vister la vieille ville et ses trésors.
Service tres bon des réceptionnistes. Petit déjeuner bon avec du choix.
Chambre avec une décoration un peu passée selon mes goûts. Ils ont parking en face de l'entrée dans une petite ruelle mais pas facile à trouver... N'oubliez pas que le centre ville peut etre bruyant.

Nos dieron una habitación que tenía la puerta abierta al llegar, entramos con extrañeza y el baño estaba lleno de pelos y sucio , igual que el albornoz. Un desastre, pedimos un cambio de habitación a una limpia y nos dijeron que imposible, solo nos ofrecieron un vale para una futura visita. También se negaron a devolvernos parte del coste de la reserva ante esta horrible situación. Para un 4 estrellas , la verdad es que un desastre de experiencia. Nunca nos había pasado algo similar en ningún hotel. Ni volveremos ni lo recomendaremos.
