A delightful place to stop off at on your way to Girona. Located on the magnificent Pujada Sant Domènec, the small tables and chairs on the terrace give it a theatrical feel. Each table is set in a small square. The interior rooms, with their traditional decoration, are also very welcoming, with beautiful, wide-open windows. The cuisine is traditional, but inspired by Catalan, Spanish and French cuisine. On the menu, among other things, there are some 18 types of salad.

With its elegant, minimalist decor, this restaurant has been the ambassador of Valencian cuisine in Girona since 2007. It's the place to go to discover different paellas (nineteen in all), including Valencian paellas of course, but also mixed, seafood or vegetable paellas, as well as the many rice dishes on the menu: black rice, arròs a banda and more. All presented in the finest style. No paella in the evening, as tradition dictates lunchtime. For dessert, try the orange cream, just as Valencian.

Indigo is the Carlemany Hotel's excellent restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional Catalan dishes in a sophisticated, subdued urban setting, based on carefully selected products: squid a la romana, vegetable tempura, beef tartar or entrecote steak, arròs de l'Estany de Pals... The service is with small onions and the atmosphere is a little more international than elsewhere. In the summer months, you can enjoy fresh and healthy lunches served on the terrace overlooking a pretty, lively square. A sure value.

Offering crafts in a "Normal" place against goldsmithing in the Celler, this was the objective of the Roca brothers in opening this new space in June 2021. With as a guideline a more informal cuisine taking up traditional Catalan recipes but also proposals from the bar of their parents, always favoring the market cuisine and local products. Simplicity" is also the order of the day in the design, with a large glass façade, open to the neighborhood and also allowing a view of the kitchen.
