Set at the foot of the 11th-century Romanesque bridge, this restaurant, founded in 1981 by Nuria Boleda and Artur Mercadé, enjoys one of the most privileged locations in Besalú. Since 2012, chef Robert Mora, who also worked at Celler de Can Roca, has been in charge of the kitchen, sourcing his ingredients from the weekly market in Banyoles. Menus vary according to the season, and dishes can be accompanied by suggestions from sommelier Anna Mercadé. To complete the pleasure of the taste buds, the eye will be delighted by the tableware used.
