Lovely, charming old hotel in the heart of Pimlico, Westminster, London. Our room was well-appointed and immaculately clean, but just a bit small. All the rooms are different so you could have a larger space. There was only a desk chair so the only place to watch TV or read was from the bed. We loved the fact that there was a complete espresso set up and tea service in the room. They also provided packets of biscuits/cookies every day. The bathroom is small but very updated and clean. Everything worked great. The shower is hot and had good water pressure.

The staff is available 24/7 and they are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The best part is the location. We were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, shops and the daily farmer's market in just a few minutes. The area feels very safe, even at night and for a woman walking alone. (Just be aware like you would in any city).

Victoria Station is a short walk away and from there you can get anywhere in London and beyond for just a few pounds!

Great hotel, we will be back!

We had a lovely weekend staying in this beautiful hotel. Our room was immaculate and spotlessly clean. It provided us with everything we could possibly need from hairdryer to toiletries. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. The continental and hot breakfasts both offered a wide range of options consisting of quality products. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

Godt hotel til en fin pris ! :)

Godt hotel værelse ! Med godt udsigt ( vi boede på øverste etage )
Desværre ingen elevator så der var en del trapper og skulle op og ned af hver dag ???? men personalet var sødt og morgenmaden var fin nok ( men ville nok anbefale og betale for den varme morgenmad, da den kolde morgenmad var meget basic )
Ellers kan hotellet sagtens anbefales:)
Lokation var også fint, men lå en gåtur fra Indre by

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti presso l’hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’hotel è vicino a molte attrazioni e per questo motivo sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il servizio è impeccabile, siamo stati accolti da una receptionist italiana che ci ha aiuti. Il servizio colazione era ben fornito e molto buono, il personale cordiale e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel!
