Had wonderful food in the Good Front Room. Service was overall very good at the start but tailored off towards the end of our sitting.
The restaurant and hotel was very luxurious but felt comfortable and relaxed.

Exceptional Service
The people who cleaned our room twice a day and made sure everything was well stocked. Every person we dealt with was so nice and helpful.
Beautiful room, loved the nice china and the tea and daily fruit the grapes were delicious. The room was nice, the bathroom was always spotless after being cleaned, the bath products and towels were very nice.
With regards to the food from room service:
The person who took my order was nice and helpful. The food came quickly. The food was hot, the food was delicious, the person who brought up the food was very nice and set it out beautifully.
With regards to The Wigmore Pub attached to the hotel: The food was excellent, the portions were generous, the service was great.

The entire staff were nothing but friendly, helpful, amazing, and courteous. The front desk staff are superb and genuinely caring. The concierge staff is top-notch and made perfect recommendations. The housekeeping crew is the best, Everything is sparkling clean, and they are great at anticipating needs I didn't even know I had.
I have a health issue where I need additional water and had requested some extra to my room, which they delivered incredibly promptly. And every day thereafter delivered me extra water without me having to ask, which was so amazing. I would like to add that I think it's incredible the services they offer while also trying to be friendly to our earth by doing things like offering water filtered in the hotel instead of traditional bottled water.
I truly can not say enough. I travel quite frequently and I must say this is maybe the best hotel experience I have had to date, thanks to the level of service and quality of the staff. The rooms are also lovely as is the club room.
I would stay here every time I come to London.
