Lima opened in spring 2012 and, barely a year later, became the first Peruvian restaurant in Europe to receive a Michelin star! At the helm: chef Virgilio Martínez Véliz. Customers flock here for thesuckling pig dish or his famous salmon or sea bream ceviche. Since it opened, the menu has expanded to include more choices, and it's a real treat. The dishes are beautiful and refined, and take you from London to Peru, a guaranteed change of scenery. The perfect place to get off the beaten track.
