Another gourmet restaurant in Pescocostanzo! Located at the entrance of the city, this modern setting offers a rejuvenated Abruzzo cuisine. We move closer to the «fusion food» with the pecorino-shaped pecorino, saffron gnocchetti gnocchetti, courgettes and ricotta ricotta, or stuffed rabbit to the accommodated sausage of potato cream. More traditional dishes are of course the menu. Anyway, a very good address.

Open from 1pm to 2.15pm and from 8pm to 10pm. Closed on Wednesday in low season. Around €20 the main course and €50 for a menu tasting, without drinks.

La Corniola di Pescocostanzo è sempre una certezza! Quello che ti colpisce non è solo la cucina elegante ma sempre attenta al territorio, ma anche il servizio cordiale, attento, discreto, che ti accoglie sempre in modo impeccabile anche quando sei in tenuta da trekking e felpa!

Elegante, sobrio, piacevole. L'ambiente de La Corniola permette di entrare subito in sintonia con ciò che avverrà poi nel corso nella serata: ottimo cibo, nel rispetto delle materie prime; stupore (un'originalità mai troppo spinta, sempre sorvegliata); accoglimento: Barbara ci ha accompagnate con grande gentilezza nella nostra esperienza, consigliandoci e perfino facendoci omaggi graditissimi. Se non fosse che Pescocostanzo è un ricordo del cuore, basterebbe questo ristorante per rifare l'intero viaggio. Dunque complimenti e davvero grazie. (E viva sempre Emidio Pepe).
