Brothers Marco and Giacomo Paoli, restaurateurs and lovers of traditional cuisine, offer passers-by typical island dishes: stoccafisso all'Elbana (ancestral hake recipe), polpo e patate (octopus and potatoes), granfia in forchetta (octopus tentacle with fork, as the island tradition requires!). Keep an eye out, their small vintage blue and white scooter is most of the time installed on the marina of Portoferraio.
