A medieval village nestled in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, located 49 kilometers from Florence and 32 kilometers from Siena, Radda in Chianti still has part of its wall and its 15th century town hall. It is truly a village full of authenticity, where the life of the inhabitants does not seem to be regulated by that of the tourists! The emblem of the Gallo Nero, whose notarial deed was signed in 1924 in the Vignale estate, was born in the Palazzo del Podestà, today the town hall and the seat of the Chianti history study centre. If you need help, a tourist office with a charming reception is available in Piazza del Castello.
