As the years go by, Montebuoni remains THE sure bet in the Florence area. Former chef in France, Emilio renews his menu to present the best of Tuscany. Concerned about the quality of the products, he himself buys them and designs all the plates. The house is untreatable on freshness. A dish of pappardelle, Tuscan pasta, to start with. Un service impeccable et surtout avec le sourire et une cuisine singulière très bonne. Nous sommes venus pour essayer et nous y sommes revenus tout les soirs de nos vacances.

Tutto di ottima qualità, abbiamo mangiato carne ottima,selvaggina fantastica, pesce divino,il proprietario e tutto lo staff sono bravissimi, però la panoramica fa tutto. Oggi una bistecca fiorentina 1 kg ,contorno, dolce vino, birra ,caffè per due persone 95 euro qualità prezzo ottimo
