A graceful village, Iseo attracts a large number of visitors every year. The historical center offers a beautiful opportunity for a walk with its narrow streets, its old square, its castle and its quays. An ancient urban fabric surrounds Piazza Garibaldi. You can visit the Romanesque church of Sant'Andrea (12th century), with its beautiful bell tower, the small church of Santa Maria del Mercato (14th century), decorated with medieval frescoes, and the 13th century Oldofredi castle, which today houses the public library. The landscape of Lake Iseo is made of hills, vineyards and mountains. The walk can be done during the day.
