Latino atmosphere à la Hora Feliz! You'll feel like you're somewhere in Cuba, rather than in the centre of Milan. Among the bars around Piazza Vetra, this is perhaps the least pretentious but the most colourful, with its huge Cuban cigar over the counter setting the tone. Mexican food for lunch and excellent mojitos in the evening, but it is its pantagruelic happy hour buffet that attracts the most customers (especially students). Served from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm, for only €11 per drink, self-service is available at will.

Very crowded aperitivo place full of Young People (we waited for ages for The loo for one guy who was making a pot). It offers tons of food including the first drink for 11 euro. I am always wondering how they manage. They also offer hot food on the table often.
