BikeMi is the Milan City Council's bike-sharing service. This Milanese Vélib, managed by the ATM public transport company, has enjoyed growing success since its inception, among locals and tourists alike. There are 325 stations all over the city, the service is very inexpensive and it's easy to find a free bike using the application. The only drawback is that you need to be registered to obtain your access code. Maximum use: 2 hours.
