A tasty, sophisticated cuisine, offering traditional regional dishes such as polenta alla valdostana (with fontina and butter) or homemade polenta alla valdostana (with fried egg), as well as fondue bourguignonne with tender meat and an exquisite licorice-safran panna cotta for dessert, among other delights. All products are fresh and as local as possible. The wines are well chosen, and you can choose between different coffee origins!
