Built on the occasion of the 2006 Winter Olympics, right next to the Olympic Stadium in the Santa Rita district, it hosted the ice hockey competitions for the occasion. Between 2021 and 2025, it will host the Masters Tennis Tournament, the last tournament of the season, where the world's top eight players compete every year. A multi-purpose structure, it also hosts concerts, conferences and various cultural events.
