Over the past year, talented chefs Didier Robin and Hugo Genty have formed a close partnership with Pierre Vandaële, our in-house market gardener. The fruit of this exceptional collaboration takes the form of a menu called "Au fil des Saisons", highlighting seasonal produce and its authentic flavours. And, to the delight of our taste buds, two new tempting options have been added: a vegetarian menu and a tasting menu featuring a flagship product specific to each season.

Parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons trouvé agréable de prendre l’apéro au bar ainsi que la prise de la commande avant de passer en salle. Et merci pour la délicate attention pour notre anniversaire de mariage. À renouveler bien entendu.
