Tucked away above La Chiésaz, this fine address (formerly Chez Dallen) offers fresh, sincere, tasty and inventive market cuisine. Chef Philippe has realized his dream of owning his own restaurant, and you can feel his passion in his menu, which evolves with the seasons, as well as a few additional dishes depending on the day's deliveries.
