On the trade route over the Simplon Pass, the Sun was a stopover for travellers. It is always a bistro atmosphere, a good place to eat the speciality, fresh perch fillets from Lake Geneva served on a plate or on a platter. Many other dishes on the menu, such as grilled meats, cheese fondue, fondue bourguignonne or gallows, must be ordered in advance. De passage à Corsier-sur-Vevey, on a fait une pause au café du soleil. La cuisine était exquise. Quelle halte gourmande!
