A small haven of peace between cows and a breathtaking panorama, the café-restaurant in the Tour de Gourze is a pretty chalet with a large terrace. Traditional dishes are served there: fondue, cheese crust or sausage with cabbage and rösti; and for dessert, meringues with double cream of gruyère cheese!
